Creating Caring Communities is the publisher of Bully-Proofing Your School, an award-winning comprehensive line of publications for elementary, middle and high schools, as well as early childhood education.
The Family Violence Prevention Fund works to prevent violence within the home and in the community to help those whose lives are devastated by violence because everyone has the right to live free of violence. For more than two decades, the Family Violence Prevention Fund has worked to end violence against women and children around the world. Instrumental in developing the landmark Violence Against Women Act passed by Congress in 1994, the FVPF has continued to break new ground by reaching new audiences including men and youth, promoting leadership within communities to ensure that violence prevention efforts become self-sustaining, and transforming the way health care providers, police, judges, employers and others address violence.
The Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP) Model is a gender violence, bullying, and
school violence prevention approach that
encourages young men and women from all socioeconomic,
racial and ethnic backgrounds to take on
leadership roles in their schools and communities.

Southern Documentary Fund
Waitt Institute has formed a working partnership with the Southern Documentary Fund in the production of an educational documentary on the history of the Anti Battering Movement, called "Private Violence". The nationally known award winning team of film makers and activists include Dr. Steven Channing ( PBS, February One, Rebecca Cerese, (PBS, February One) Cynthia Hill (PBS,Tobacco Money Feeds My Family) and activist and speaker Kit Gruelle.
The WARM2Kids Charitable Foundation's goal
is to become the 21st century's leader in
providing financial, educational, and emotional
support for today's youth. The foundation
supports youth education, development and
mentoring programs nationwide; and awards,
scholarships and grants designed to inspire
role model behavior.
Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI)
The WBI is the sole North American nonprofit organization dedicated to the eradication of Workplace Bullying through education and research. An affiliated organization is the WBI-Legislative Campaign, created in 2007 to separate the lobbying work to generate state laws from the public charity work of its parent, WBI.

Alliance
The Violence Prevention Alliance (VPA) is
a network of WHO Member State governments,
nongovernmental and community-based organizations,
and private, international and intergovernmental
agencies working to prevent violence. VPA
participants share a public health approach
that targets the root causes and risk factors
underlying the likelihood of an individual
becoming involved in violence and recognizes
the need for improved services to mitigate
the harmful effects of violence when it does
occur.
Regional Partners and Advisors
Since 1993, first through the Waitt Foundation, and directly since 2005, the Waitt Insittute for Violence Prevention has partnered with the Sanford Community Center through their outreach program. Sanford Center places a diverse group of outreach workers in Sioux City schools, and works with Waitt Institute closely to help implement our violence prevention programs in the middle and high schools.
Siouxland Coalition Against Domestic Violence
Since its inception, the Waitt Family Foundation and now the Waitt Institute for Violence Prevention have enjoyed a supportive partnership with the Siouxland Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Sioux City Community Schools
Both the Waitt Family Foundation and Waitt Institute for Violence Prevention have partnered for many years with the Sioux City Community Schools. Their support and enthusiasm for our violence prevention programs has made it possible for WIVP to conudct research and implement long-term violence and bullying prevention programs for Siouxland youth.
Iowa Commission on the Status of Women
The Iowa Commission on the Status of Women (ICSW) is a state agency that seeks to assure equality for Iowa women. The ICSW advocates for Iowa women, working to equalize women's opportunities and to promote full participation by women in the economic, political, and social life of the state. WIVP Vice President Judy Stafford is a member of the commission.
